Baptismal Information
Baptisms are performed on Sundays at 11 am.
First time parents must attend a Pre-Baptismal class. Please call the Church Office, at 203-729-2504, to schedule an appointment. Both parents should attend.
Godparents must complete a Sponsor Affirmation, stating that they have received all of their sacraments (through Confirmation) and that they are Catholics in Good Standing, attending Mass regularly, along with a Godparent Checklist.
Parents must be registered parishioners in order to have their child baptized at St. Michael Church.
Parents who are parishioners of other catholic parishes may wish to have their child baptized at St. Michael Parish. If so, they must obtain permission from the pastor of that parish. If you are considering this, please contact Fr. Joy in advance.
